The Unexpected Benefits of a Mindset Shift

MINDSET

You know what I love about long weekends?

Here’s a quick list:

I love spending extra time with my family.

I love getting people together for a cookout.

I love seeing friends.

I love having extra time to think, study and read.

I love shifting into a different mindset for a few days.

What do you love about long weekends?

Is the the chance to hit the road and see a new place?

Is it the ability to get a few extra hours of rest?

You know what I hear from a lot of people?

A lot of people tell me they enjoy their time off…their long weekends and their vacations…for one of the specific reasons I mentioned.

A lot of people find their time off meaningful because they can shift into a different mindset.

They can shift from survival mode into relaxation mode…

…from entrepreneur to planner…

…from coach to trainee…

…from teacher to student…

…you name it.

That mindset change…even if it’s just over a weekend…is what sets people up for a ton of personal growth.
