At Inside Track we give you a three-step plan for empowering leaders to leave a lasting impact.
Let us help you:
1. Know You
We give each Inside Track attendee (that’s you!) a five-star experience which is why we need to know some things about you. We send each attendee (that’s you again!) an assessment tool and a questionnaire.
This allows us to give you extraordinary personalized service. It also allows us to make the most of our time together. This phase will continue on-site as we debrief each Inside Track adventure challenge with you and your team.
2. Show You
In this phase we use what we’ve learned to help you identify strengths as well as blind spots so that you can realize your full potential. This phase is vital because it gives specific direction to the next phase.
3. Grow You
This is where the rubber meets the road. The lasting impact comes only from living out your continual growth path. Based on what you’ve learned in the first two phases, you will leave knowing exactly what to do and how to do it. If you opt for our Ultimate Adventure package, we will go even further and guide you through implementation and beyond.
